Upon receiving a cancellation request, the Company will verify the status of the order and confirm the cancellation via email within 15 business days.

4.4. Cancellation Charges

  • Before Shipment: No cancellation charges will apply.
  • Custom or Personalized Products: Orders for custom-made or personalized Products are not eligible for cancellation.

5. Cancellation of Services

5.1. Eligibility for Cancellation

  • One-time Services: Cancellations must be made at least 7 days before the scheduled service time.
  • Subscription Services: Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time, but the cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle unless specified otherwise.

5.2. Cancellation Process

  • Online Cancellation: Customers can cancel their Services by logging into their account on our website and managing their service subscriptions.
  • Email Cancellation: Send a cancellation request to info@9sportz.com with relevant service details.
  • Phone Cancellation: Call our customer service to request service cancellation.

5.3. Confirmation of Cancellation

The Company will process and confirm service cancellations via email within 15 business days of receiving the request.

5.4. Cancellation Charges

  • One-time Services: Cancellations made within 7 days of the scheduled service time may incur a cancellation fee of 100% of the service cost.
  • Subscription Services: No cancellation charges apply; however, fees already paid for the current billing cycle are non-refundable unless specified under the refund policy.

6. Refund Eligibility

6.1. Product Refunds

  • Damaged or Defective Products: If the Product delivered is damaged or defective.
  • Incorrect Products: If the Product delivered is different from what was ordered.
  • Non-Delivery: If the Product is not delivered within 5 days past the estimated delivery date.

  • Service Not Provided: If the scheduled Service was not provided due to fault on the Company's part.

In some cases, the Company may issue partial refunds based on the condition of the returned Product or Service.

  • Gift Cards: These are non-refundable.

9. Return Shipping Costs

9.1. Responsibility for Return Shipping

  • Company Responsibility: If the refund is due to a fault on the Company's part (e.g., damaged, defective, or incorrect product), the Company will cover the return shipping costs.
  • Customer Responsibility: If the refund is due to the Customer changing their mind or ordering the wrong product, the Customer will be responsible for the return shipping costs.

9.2. Condition of Returned Products

The returned Product must be in the same condition as when it was received by the Customer, with all original packaging, accessories, and documentation intact. Any signs of use, wear, or damage not caused by the Company may result in a reduction of the refund amount or denial of the refund.
